The caps on what gets delivered, and how they scale with the plan.
Video resolution
Instant Media caps delivered video at 1080p on every plan — there is no higher tier to unlock. The per-chat resolution selector in Settings can only lower this ceiling (720p, 480p, 360p, or "Best" up to 1080p), never raise it.
File size

Free groups get a higher cap for priority sites than for the rest; paid tiers use a single cap for every service. The per-chat file-size field in Settings can only lower a plan's own cap — 0 removes any additional cap you set, falling back to the plan's ceiling.
Parallel downloads
The number of downloads a group can have in flight at once also scales with the plan: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 5 on Expert, 10 on Ultra. See Limits and quota for the weekly traffic that applies on top of these per-file caps.
